North Moravia
The picturesque area of North Moravia is spread over mountain ranges
and highlands. This area is ideal for hiking in summer and winter
sports in winter. The region includes wide horizons of fertile planes
and provides beautiful views to the open scenery of the Polish Silesian
lowlands to the north. The Southern hills of the mountains enter the
fertile lowlands of Pomoravi through the Moravian Gate, where people
have traveled for salt and amber since ancient times.
